MINT provides different levels of access to ensure fair usage, maintain service quality, and protect user data. This document outlines the guidelines for privileged access, including admin roles, API access tiers, and special permissions.

Users with elevated privileges must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Confidentiality: Do not share access credentials or privileged information with unauthorized parties
• Integrity: Use privileges only for their intended purpose and do not abuse system access

• Minimal Access: Request only the minimum level of access necessary to perform your duties
• Regular Review: Privileged access is subject to periodic review and may be revoked if no longer needed

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, MINT implements the following rate limits:

• Standard Users: Cached data with 15-minute refresh intervals
• Premium Users: Real-time access with 1-minute refresh intervals (coming soon)
• API Abuse Prevention: Automated systems detect and block excessive requests
• Fair Usage Policy: Users who consistently exceed rate limits may have their access restricted

5. Data Access and Privacy

All users, regardless of privilege level, are bound by our privacy policy and data protection guidelines. Administrators with access to user data must handle such information with the utmost care and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of user data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

Users with privileged access must comply with enhanced security requirements:

• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Never share credentials or access tokens with others
• Report any suspected security incidents immediately
• Keep authentication methods secure and up to date
• Log out of sessions when not in use, especially on shared devices

7. Violation and Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Immediate suspension or revocation of privileged access
• Temporary or permanent account termination
• Legal action for serious violations or data breaches
• Reporting to relevant authorities for illegal activities

Users who require elevated access for legitimate purposes should contact our support team with a detailed explanation of their needs. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. Premium access tiers will be available soon with subscription options.
